Russell was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and it was at a young age that his love for cars started. When Russell was about 5 years old, his father went out to buy a new family car and ended up coming home with 1978 Corvette L-82 4 speed 25th Anniversary edition that seats only 2!
"One ride in that car sitting on my knees just to see over the dash, and I was a car guy! My dad still has that car today and driving it with him is nostalgic."
Russell got his first job in the restaurant industry washing dishes but it wasn't long before he earned a promotion to cooking on a line with a team nearly twice his age and years more experience than him. With his new found passion, Russell attended the SAIT Culinary program in Calgary, A.B. where he graduated with honors in 2005. At the age of 24, Russell was awarded his first Executive Chef position where he trained new junior chefs while developing new and exciting menu items for their local patrons. Many of the young cooks Russell developed over the years are now Executive Chefs themselves enjoying their careers.
"The most important philosophy I carry from my restaurant career is creating the best guest experience. It's what you tell your friends and family about"
After 14 years in the restaurant industry with numerous awards and accolades Russell was up for a new challenge in his life. Every year Russ has been recognized as a top selling sales professional at Kelowna Chrysler.

Your Friend in The Car Business
Tim was born and raised in Aldergrove, BC. At the ripe old age of 20, Tim ventured off for what he thought would be a few months of international travel. It in fact turned out to be 4 years that he would spend away from home. He got into the sales industry almost by accident, covering one shift a week at a scuba diving shop in New Zealand. After selling more in his one shift a week than the manager who worked full time, Tim was promoted to Sales Manager despite having very little sales experience at the time. Winning national awards for sales volume and business development followed and Tim realized that he had found his calling.
Returning to Canada in 2003, he started in the car business at one of the largest volume car dealers in the Lower Mainland. Awarded Top Volume Vehicle Salesperson of the Year was the recognition for over 150 vehicles sold in his rookie year of 2004. Tim moved into a managerial role in the Finance Department for a few years. In 2007 he was offered the role of Sales Director for an international property development firm in Costa Rica. After successfully promoting several projects in Costa Rica and Panama, he once again returned to Canada in 2010 and got back to his true love - the car business. After a year of selling vehicles in beautiful (but snowy and freezing) Montreal, QC, Tim relocated to the Okanagan in May of 2014. It is then that he took the position of Product Specialist with Kelowna Chrysler. With many years in all levels of sales, Tim has found a home here at Kelowna Chrysler.
"At Kelowna Chrysler it is a core belief that the guest experience needs to be second to none. Come down and see us to truly experience what it means to put the customer's needs first."
Arthur Was born and raised in the Okanagan, where he lived until he graduated and moved up North to work on the rigs and subsequently pursue a carpentry apprenticeship. After suffering an injury at work, Arthur was forced to switch direction and trained for a career in sales and marketing. Arthur enjoyed working as Realtor in Grande Prairie for 3 years before getting the happy news that his wife Jen was pregnant with their first child and deciding it was time to come home. The two are now proud parents to a boy - Ethan (7) and a girl - Evelynn (2).
Upon returning home to the Okanagan, Arthur accepted a job at Future Shop and was quickly promoted to Manager where he stayed for 4 years, until the company closed its doors. Having found his calling in sales, Arthur decided to take a friends advice and try the automotive industry. He has this to say about his decision:
"Since starting in the automotive industry I have been able to enjoy the best work/life balance in what feels like a decade. While getting to know my clients, I often get asked - How do you like your job? - and my response is always the same - I'm here on a drive with you, in a great vehicle, in the greatest place to live, on a beautiful day - It's hard to say that's it's anything other than ideal!"
Arthur enjoys spending quality time with his family and snowboarding, with the most notable passion being Golf, which he started when he got his first membership at age2!
Arthur's core values of honesty, integrity and lending a hand, combine to create a love for helping others. Most recently he has focused his extra time supporting a local charity called Mama's for Mama's and has been directly responsible for successfully raising money for individual people in need in the community.
